Part One – The Components of Creation 

This is an article where we are going to talk about sex. In a perfect world we are all completely comfortable talking about our bodies and the things that happen between our bodies, but we haven’t achieved that perfect world—yet. So, consider yourself notified. In this article, there be dragons; great big celestial dragons entwined together in cosmic embrace. 

Today’s keyword is: Create 

Life is a blank page that has been handed to you. Living is writing out your dreams on that page and making them real. How does any writer fill a blank page? By creating. 

Valentine’s Day puts us into our hearts. We long for love. In particular, that wonderous kind that sometimes seems like it only exists in our imaginations: unconditional love. 

Over my life, I have spent Valentine’s Day in all kinds of ways. As a child, I went through a list of classmate names trying to divine the perfect Valentine card sentiment for each one. A few times I have received a dozen red roses. And on those single Valentine’s, I have curled up with a good magazine, a cup of tea, and a bowl of spicy cinnamon hearts. Each one was an expression of love in its own way. Love for friends, romantic love, and love of self. And each one is an expression of creation. 

From this article, I want you to learn how to create your life the way you want it. To do that you need to understand the Bridge of Creation.

Let me start by telling you about my morning. 

The Big Bang 

This morning started out with lightning! There I was drowsily sipping my tea and suddenly I felt as if it had turned into a magic container filled with explosive energy. Thoughts and awareness crackled like lightning through my brain.  

A download from the Empress of the Universe had begun with barely a “Good morning, Gail.”  

I was taken on a trip with the Mother of the Stars, Mrs. God herself. She whispered in my ear to hop aboard; we were going on a ride. Not just a ride, mind you but THE ride: The Big Bang to be specific! The scientists who coined Creation as the Big Bang must have understood it was really sex among the heavenly bodies …. right?   

So, there I was seeing and feeling what Mrs. God, the Empress of the Universe, was going through when Mr. God shot a spark into her and she exploded into matter. One second she was invisible and the next, she was exploding, and I was riding the shock waves with her out into what was becoming a universe of star matter.  

She wanted me to understand she was having (and is still having) a magnificent orgasm of creation. She was in ecstasy, marveling at every speck that was emerging out of their explosive orgasm. Now for my surprise. Mr. God went through this explosion with her and out there into materiality too! She wanted to make it clear to me that they are both having a wondrous orgasm together and loving everything they are creating. Mark the verb tense are. It is still going on. Here we are, human beings, living right in the middle of one giant orgasm of Mother and Father Source. How does it feel so far? 

The Bridge 

So, what is the Bridge of Creation? Sex is the most immediate and obvious answer. Creation requires an alchemical process, and on the physical plane sex releases chemicals into our bodies, and sometimes results in two gametes come together to produce a zygote and give us a baby nine months later. 

And don’t forget the non-physical level, which we often brush over: What happens to our sexual energy? It’s one of the greatest energies we have at our disposal.  

Human orgasms create ripples out in the universe. When we bring the two opposite polarities together, (magnetic with electric) we make sparks fly, we have lightning. We create, and those creative sparks of Goddess/God energy are drawn into manifestation. WE CREATE. WE BECOME the CREATORS we really are.  

I’d say I have created more than a couple of star systems. I feel you nodding along with me, mentally tallying all the solar systems that have come from you.  

Can you remember the best orgasm you ever had? We are heading into Valentine’s Day, so don’t be embarrassed to do some inner research. Remember that feeling because it’s in that feeling that we finally understand the process of creating.  

Pablo Neruda explained it beautifully in his poem, The Eight of September. He describes it: 

Between you and me a new door opened 
and someone, still faceless, 
was waiting for us there. 

Part Two – Two Higher Processes of Creation 

Sex: A Third Being and a New You 

We have miles to go to catch up with ancient awareness of this powerful energy, let alone the joys of Tantric Sex practices. Shamans, Tantric Sex practitioners, and people of power have been using this energy method since ancient times.  

For most of us normals, we haven’t really tapped into the Source-ness of sex yet. Doing that involves switching polarities and moving our energy up the ladder of our chakras. Most of the time we move the energy down the chakras. But it changes once we reach a certain energy level.  

But there’s something else involved in the higher sexual process. We open all the chakras or energy wheels in the body. Once this happens, we become connected to the open energies of our partner. When this happens, just like Mother and Father Source and their magnificent ongoing orgasm, we literally thrust our energy out of our bodies and join in a joyous cloud of dual energies which pushes us ‘out there’…wherever we choose to be, until eventually, we decide to come back to earth and inhale our energy selves back into our individual bodies. We become separate entities once again. But during that orgasm, and for a while, we are a third being.  

There’s more. When we come back together individually, we have brought back the higher frequency energy of the stratosphere (More of Mom and Dad Source), as well as exchanged energies with our partners.  

NB (nota bene means note well), we come back as slightly different individuals than when we went out. We have also cleared out a lot of heavier energies and gathered in a lot of higher frequency energies. Sex is an amazing way to cleanse and heal our energies and ourselves.  

Internal Creation  

Don’t limit your thinking about creation to just sex with a partner. The Big Bang is pure creation, sex is a great metaphor but it isn’t the end-all and be-all of creation. Every act of creation comes with flying sparks whether it’s an intimate moment with your partner, yourself, or the everyday act of creation that is living. 

We are all made of Source energy, feminine and masculine. In alchemical-speak, when magnetic energy (feminine aspect) combines with electrical energy (masculine aspect) we have the alchemical magic of creation!  

The bottom line is we create sparks just by living and writing out our dreams on that blank page. 

The other form if creativity is internal sex, or inner creativity and examples are:  

• Writing a book 
• Creating an idea 
• Designing a building 
• Imagining something and then bringing it into physical reality 
• And so on… 

Well, that’s inner creation. It’s our right brain joining with our left brain. Sparks of creative insight fly out of us and then things happen:  a dome is designed, a new business idea is birthed, we teach, we design, art forms appear, we create dances. We manifest ‘stuff.’ We create things, we invent things.  

The hinky part is, if there’s an imbalance between the left and right brain, it won’t happen quite as we intended it. We will either end up generating great dreams and schemes that fizzle before they hit the deck, or we will be like the little critter running around and around on the hamster wheel with no idea that we aren’t going anywhere.  

Part Three – Creating Our Own Creativity  

Step One: Do Away with Harsh Self Beliefs 

Deep down inside all of us live harsh self-beliefs that play their scripts through us from an unconscious level. They act like self-fulfilling prophecies or deep ruts—scenarios keep repeating in our lives replaying these self-beliefs over and over in different ways, but always with the same outcome. That outcome we often believe we deserve because of these mistaken self-beliefs. 

So, our first step is getting clear and accepting that we are amazing beings here for the purpose of having fun experiences in life. We must let go of the personal negatives that block us from manifesting what we want. 

Step Two: Flipping the Switch 

We are always creating, but when we are creating these scenarios based on our fears and worries, we are looking at life from the perspective of the glass half empty. To overcome this, we must create scenarios in our life from the glass half full, from what’s right, and what we’d like to see out there. 

Step two, then, is looking at life from half full, not half empty. Forget the problems and focus on the potentials and possibilities.

No delay – just instant poof! A decision to look at life in a new way—from the perspective of what is right instead of what is wrong. 

Once we flip the switch to see from the point of what’s right and the cup half full, the balance between left and right brain, and heart and mind is created. That is the alchemy that makes us a conscious creator.  

As Above, so Below, and Vice Versa 

We create personally; we create with others and we continue to manifest our wondrous creations from our level all the way up to the big bang and galaxies.  

You have heard the saying, As above, so below? Well, it works the other way too. As below, so above.  

We are all part of Mother and Father Source. Tiny cells, in tiny bodies, part of the Greater Whole. We manifest these experiences by combining our heart-full feelings with our balanced right and left brain energies and turning them into passions. And finally, we harness our passion into action and create! This is the Bridge of Creation.
